Description:
The Encrusted Bloodstone Jewel (necklace) is your reward for choosing to condemn Nuhmudira for her crimes of human sacrifice. Her one time apprentice, Kai Mallan, chose to betray her and will provide directions for obtaining the Encrusted Bloodstone Jewel. Depending on the quality, the necklace will increase the wearer's maximum health 20 to 30 points. The quest can be completed by levels 15 or above although you must be at least 45th level to obtain the highest quality necklace.
