Description:
In the Mountains near Crater there lies a frightened, frozen soul...blinded by his lack of visual accuity. Well, he's blind. You see, someone felt it necessary to play a cruel, evil trick and sneak up on him from behind and whack! him in the head! Ever since that time, he's depended upon the kindness of others to provide him with his missing eyes...by killing other snowmen and stealing theirs.
And it's said he has a penchant for peppermint, too.
