Description:
With the beginning of summer on Osteth new rumors abound! The Town Criers, their tongues liberally greased with the ale of nearby taprooms (and the lubricating ability of pyreals is well-known also!), spout odd tales of "Artifacts".

Procuring some information a bit more substantial (a written rumor from a nearby tavern) you set out for what you think will be a short stroll. Little did you realize that this quest would take you to the far reaches of the Dires, the Gelidite Library, and the various Foundries to help a self-proclaimed member of the Explorer Society construct ... what?
