Description:
Far away on the northern reaches of Marae Lassel live the elusive Canescent Mattekars. As massive and as challenging as their Dereth kin the Hoary Mattekars, the Canescent breed also possess sturdy hides that may be used to fashion useful robes. Britana, located in Greenspire at (43.0N, 66.7W) is the subject matter expert on the Canescent Mattekars and will tell how to conquer these elusive beasts.

While there is no level restriction for this quest, Canescent Mattekars live in a region now filled with Virindi Executors, Chaos Wisps, Armored Tuskers and other dangerous monsters.

The quest of a Canescent Mattekar robe consists of two parts that may be completed in any order. First the pelt of a mattekar must be collected from northern Marae Lassel and second either Grievver Acid or Olthoi Ichor must be gathered to treat the pelt.
